- Ready-made tapioca dough1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (slices)4 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
- Fine herbs to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Grease a bowl with margarine and wheat flour.
- Place in the Airfryer at 200° for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes I take it out, cut it into sticks and put it on for another 3 minutes at 200°. It's perfect and crispy.
