Granulated Tapioca500 g
1 liter Milk1 l
grated curd cheese500 g
White pepper (optional) to taste
Salt to taste

Heat the milk in a pan and when it is very hot, turn off the heat and add the grated coalho cheese and continue stirring, then add the granulated tapioca and mix well.
Add salt and white pepper to taste and mix until well blended.
In a shape put a cling film and pour the dough inside and also cover with cling film and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours
After that time in the fridge, cut the dough into cubes and fry the dices little by little in hot oil or butter until golden.
Serve with honey or any jam of your choice.
