Tapioca dadinhos in the Airfryer

  • Granulated tapioca flour250 g
  • Grated Coalho Cheese300 g
  • Hot milk500 ml
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper to taste
  1. In a container, place the dry ingredients, the curd cheese and mix.
  2. Add the milk and mix until the dough starts to set.
  3. Pour into a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap and smooth the dough with the back of a spoon.
  4. Cover with film. Allow to cool to room temperature and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
  5. Cut the dice cubes and set aside.
  6. Heat the Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°.
  7. Place the cubes in the vat and adjust the time to 20 minutes.
  8. *time and temperature may vary depending on the brand of Airfryer appliance*
  9. Serve with peppery fruit jam or molasses.
