- Granulated Tapioca | 250 g
- Hot Milk | 500 ml
- shredded mozzarella cheese | 200 g
- Curd cheese | 150 g
- Salt and Black Pepper | to taste
- In a bowl, gather all the ingredients, mix well, place on a tray covered with plastic film and take it to the fridge for 3 hours then cut into cubes and take it to fry in the preheated air fryer for 15 minutes, if you prefer you can fry in oil too.
