  • Granulated Tapioca250 g
  • Boiling milk500 ml
  • Salt and pepper0 to taste
  • Oregano or spices of your choice to taste
  1. Prepare a 20 x 25 cm mold lined with plastic wrap.
  2. Grate the cheese in the coarse grater and place it in a bowl. Add the tapioca, add a pinch of salt, a little pepper, oregano and mix. Add the boiling milk and stir until the milk is incorporated and the dough is homogeneous.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth it out and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  4. After that time, take it out of the fridge, cut into squares and place the cubes on a non-stick baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden (if you prefer, you can fry them) remove from oven Is ready!
