- granulated tapioca100 g
- Curd cheese100 g
- Milk200 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Start by grating the curd cheese
- In a bowl, add the coalho cheese, granulated tapioca and hot milk.
- Mix seasoning with salt and black pepper and place in a square shape lined with plastic wrap.
- Let it freeze 4 hours in the fridge or 1 hour in the freezer until firm, it may take less time
- Fry under immersion in hot oil you can also fry in the air fryer
- Serve with pepper jelly
