- Recipe
- Dried tapioca500 g
- Milk1 l
- Half-aged cheese500 g
- Mix the tapioca with the cheese
- Boil the milk with a little salt
- Pour the milk into the tapioca and mix well.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap.
- Let it cool for 3 hours
- Cut into small cubes
- Place the dices in a greased baking dish
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 25min until golden
- Serve :)
