- Recipe
- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- warm milk400 ml
- grated curd cheese1/2 cup
- Provolone cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients.
- In a form lined with cling film add this mixture, spread well and cover with cling film.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
- Remove the cling film, cut the comics and take it to the airfryer for 10 minutes.
- Can be fried in oil too
- Serve with pepper jelly
