  • Curd cheese300 g
  • Granulated Tapioca250 g
  • Salt8 g
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Milk500 ml
  • Soybean oil0 to taste
  1. Line a 20cm x 30cm baking dish with cling film and set aside.
  2. Grate the coalho cheese with a fine grater and mix it with the tapioca, salt and black pepper - it is important that these ingredients are well mixed to avoid the formation of lumps.
  3. Bring the milk to a boil until it boils - at this point, lower the heat and add the other ingredients and stir well until the mixture hydrates and cooks.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut the cubes and deep-fry at 170 degrees until golden brown - temperature is super important.
  6. Obs- you can do it in the oven, just grease the roast with butter and take the dices to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. In the airfreyr you can bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden.
