- Hydrated Tapioca Gum | 4 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced salami | to taste
- Grated colonial cheese | to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, add some of the cheese and then distribute the tapioca gum evenly on top until it covers the entire bottom.
- Turn on the heat and bake the tapioca, fill it with the salami and the remaining cheese and close the tapioca by folding it in half. Serve immediately.
