  • Hydrated Tapioca Gum | 4 tablespoon
  • Thinly sliced salami |  to taste
  • Grated colonial cheese |  to taste


  1. In a non-stick frying pan, add some of the cheese and then distribute the tapioca gum evenly on top until it covers the entire bottom.
  2. Turn on the heat and bake the tapioca, fill it with the salami and the remaining cheese and close the tapioca by folding it in half. Serve immediately.
