  • Curd cheese275 g
  • Whole milk250 ml
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  1. boil the milk
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix 125g of tapioca, 125g of coalho cheese, black pepper and salt.
  3. Pour the hot milk over the mixture of ingredients and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass, set aside to cool slightly.
  4. For the stuffing, in another container, add 125g of jerky with 125g of coalho cheese and set aside.
  5. Now, moistening your hands, take an amount of the dough, make a ball and find yourself. Place it in the palm of your hand, take an amount of stuffing, place it in the center of the dough and close it, rolling it up until you get the shape of a cupcake again.
  6. Heat the oil and when it reaches temperature to fry, carefully place some dumplings. When golden, it's ready. Let it rest a little on absorbent paper and serve with a sauce of chili pepper and honey.
