- Granulated Tapioca | 1 cup170 g
- Hot milk | 1 cup240 ml
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon30 g
- Salt | 1/2 teaspoon6 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sweet sprinkle | 2 tablespoons50 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Let's start by hydrating the tapioca, for that place the tapioca in a bowl and add the hot milk. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes the dough is very hard, chop it with a spoon into small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with your hands until smooth.
- Grease your hands with oil and make balls with the dough, as if it were a large brigadeiro and put it in a greased shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
