Ingredients
- Granulated tapioca flour | 500 g
- Whole milk | 1 l
- Grated curd cheese | 500 g
- Black pepper | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Sautéed Spinach | 300 g
- Breadcrumbs | 300 g
Recipe
- In the blender, beat the milk and the braised spinach
- Bring this mixture to a boil until it boils.
- Add tapioca flour, salt and pepper, turn off when smooth
- Take it to a refractory and then to the fridge for 3 hours
- Remove from the fridge and form balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry by immersion in hot oil.
