Ingredients

  • Granulated tapioca flour | 500 g
  • Whole milk | 1 l
  • Grated curd cheese | 500 g
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Sautéed Spinach | 300 g
  • Breadcrumbs | 300 g

Recipe

  1. In the blender, beat the milk and the braised spinach
  2. Bring this mixture to a boil until it boils.
  3. Add tapioca flour, salt and pepper, turn off when smooth
  4. Take it to a refractory and then to the fridge for 3 hours
  5. Remove from the fridge and form balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry by immersion in hot oil.
