Ingredients
- Granulated Tapioca | 1 cup
- Curd cheese | 250 g
- Milk | 400 ml
- Spinach | 100 g
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- Olive oil | to taste
Recipe
- In a frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and wither the spinach until they lose 2/3 of their volume, add the milk, season with salt and pepper. Take the entire contents of the skillet to the blender.
- Grate the coalho cheese and add it to the tapioca in a large bowl, then add the milk with spinach.
- Mix carefully to avoid lumps, and after cooling slightly mold the cookies. Fry in hot oil and serve immediately.
