Sweet Sprinkle

Ferver o leite, óleo e sal. Depois usar para escaldar o polvilho.

Boil the milk, oil and salt. Then use to scald the sprinkle.

Com essa mistura não tão quente, acrescente os ovos aos poucos, caso tenha necessidade de mais ovos ou polvilho colocar.

With this mixture not so hot, add the eggs gradually, if you need more eggs or sprinkle.

Depois com o auxílio de um saco de confeiteiro ou saco de freezer,  fazer as tiras ou bolinhas na forma (não untada).

Then with the help of a pastry bag or freezer bag, make the strips or balls in the shape (not greased).

Assar em forno pré aquecido a 180°
Ficar de olho porque assa rápido 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°
Keep an eye on it because it bakes fast

Obs: a massa fica mole por isso precisa do saco.

Note: the dough is soft so you need the bag.
