- Sweet sprinkle | 4 cup
- Sugar | 1.1/2 cup
- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Salt | 1 to taste
- Cinnamon for sprinkling | 1 to taste
- First, put the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Sift them beforehand so they don't bubble.
Then, add the eggs one by one. Whenever you add the eggs, stir the dough. That way you can know when to roll up.
So, if it still doesn't work and it's a very soft dough, sift a little more sweet sprinkle. But gradually so as not to let the dough dry.
Finally, roll the dough into pieces like rings.
- With the hot oil, fry them all.
Turn it over so that it cooks on both sides evenly.
Dip in sugar and hot cinnamon while still hot.
