- olive oil2 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- yolk1 unit(s)
- cook the sweet potato, with just a finger of water under pressure, after you pressurize it in five minutes, it will be ready.
- Peel the potatoes while still hot and mash, add oat flour and olive oil.
