- Tomato sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cut the sweet potato into slices of about 1.5 cm
- Steam the potatoes (or in the water) until the fork starts to get into them, but still with difficulty.
- Place the potatoes on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.
- Add tomato sauce to all potatoes
- Put the topping you want! I used scrambled tofu, the recipe is on my profile but you can use whatever you prefer
- Place the potatoes in the oven at 180º for 10 minutes. Then just enjoy your yummy and healthy snack 😋
