medium sweet potatoes
1 coffee spoon
Coconut oil as needed
Cook the three medium sweet potatoes.
Peel them, mash them and mix the egg, salt and oil.
Add the amaranth, little by little, and make balls stuffed with tofu.
Place everything on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil.
Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
