- Wash the potato well (no need to peel it) and cut it into extremely thin slices (the ideal is to cut into a grate that slices very thinly).
- Add the oil and salt to the potatoes, mix well.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180° for 5 minutes, after that leave it at 160° for another 10 minutes, keep opening to stir and see if they are dry and crispy.
- Note: If they are well roasted, take them out ahead of time and, if necessary, leave them for longer. This time depends on the amount of potatoes, so be aware, it can vary.
- You can also make these potatoes in the oven, just keep mixing and checking if they are already roasted at the desired point.
