- Steamed sweet potato1 cup
- egg1 unit(s)
- salt1 to taste
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- oatmeal1/2 cup
- sesame1 to taste
- In a bowl place the mashed sweet potato, egg, oatmeal and olive oil. Tip: add oats little by little until you get a point to roll
- Wrap the pastel and stuffing to your liking, meat or chicken. Bake in medium oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle egg yolk on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
