Popcorn Corn

Coloque numa panela o óleo, o milho, o açúcar e a água.

Place the oil, corn, sugar and water in a pan.

Mexa bem, ligue o fogo alto e mexa até começar a estourar os primeiros grãos.

Stir well, turn on high heat and stir until the first grains begin to pop.

Após começar a estourar, baixe o fogo e de vez em quando, balance a panela e levante o pouco do fogo para não queimar.

Once it starts to burst, lower the heat and occasionally shake the pan and lift the heat a little so it doesn't burn.

Após terminar de estourar os grãos, desliga o fogo e passa para uma tijela. 

After you finish popping the beans, turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.
