- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Water7 tablespoon
- Oil to taste
- Over low heat, place the oil in the pan, add the corn, chocolate, sugar and water and stir until the popcorn starts to pop.
- Then just cover and move the pan so the sugar doesn't stick to the bottom.
- When the popcorn starts to pop every 20 to 30 seconds, just turn off the heat
