Popcorn Corn (made in the Electric Picomaker)1 cup
Confectioner's Sugar1/2 cup
Natural Water1/2 cup
Chocolate Powder (I used Neilar)1 tablespoon

In an electric popcorn maker I put the popcorn, after ready I set it aside. I made a full bowl.
In a non-stick skillet I put the icing sugar, at first I left it on high heat, after it started to turn a caramel I lowered the heat.
When all my sugar turned to a caramel I added the water little by little and let it reduce well stirring constantly.
I added the chocolate powder. I never stopped moving from start to finish.
My chocolate caramel created a kind of foam at that moment I turned it off and kept stirring.
I took the popcorn and was distributing my caramel and shaking until finished.
The popcorn was delicious and not flaky. Sugar in the right dose.
