- Yeast01 tablespoon
- Guava150 g
- Water3/4 cup
- In a bowl, place the flour and cornmeal. In a blender, mix all the ingredients except the yeast. Add the blender mixture with the flour and cornmeal and mix until homogeneous, put the yeast and put it in the oven in a greased and floured pan for 35 minutes or do the toothpick test.
- For the syrup, heat the guava paste and water until dissolved and place on top of the cake.
