  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Corn without whey1 can(s)
  • Wheat1 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  1. Beat the sugar with the eggs in a blender. Add the milk, butter and corn.
  2. In a bowl, add the sifted cornmeal, wheat and cornstarch. Add step 1 little by little and mix slowly. Add yeast at the end.
  3. Add the guava paste to the dough. Little secret to the recipe: Cut the guava paste into cubes and spread it on the wheat. This way the guava paste doesn't sink into the dough and doesn't burn at the bottom.
  4. Take to preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
