  • Warm milk (150 ml) OR water (150 ml) with 2 tablespoons of powdered milk. I put 45 seconds in the microwave.150 ml

  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
  • **TO BAKE:0 l
  • Egg (optional)1 unit(s)
  • Butter paper1 unit(s)
  • Oil1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl or planetary mixer, mix all the dough ingredients, except the flour.
  2. Add the flour little by little and mix until the dough starts to come away from the bowl (if it's still sticking, add more flour, OR, if the dough is loosening before you put all the flour in, you don't need to add more).
  3. Transfer the dough to a counter (if not using an electric mixer) and knead until the dough is very smooth, about 15 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rest in the covered bowl (you can cover it with a dish towel) until it doubles in volume, approximately 40 minutes. I let it rest in the microwave with the door ajar.
  5. Take the air out of the dough, move it to a bench greased with wheat flour, separate 9 portions and roll the dough.
  6. Place parchment paper in the airfryer basket and brush with oil.
  7. Place the balls in the airfryer basket. Note: The balls will double in size. Depending on the size of your Airfryer basket, you will need to bake in more than one group.
  8. Let the dough rest in the airfryer basket itself (it must be off) until the dough has doubled in size, approximately 30 minutes.
  9. * It is an option to brush an egg on top of the dough before baking.
  10. Bake at 180°C for 7 minutes.
  11. Reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 8 minutes.
  12. Brush with butter while the bread is still warm.
  13. Wait for the dough to rest for a few minutes before eating.
