Organic Dry Yeast
Place the egg, milk, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and add the wheat flour little by little, always stirring with a spoon.
When it starts to lump, transfer the dough to a table and knead well to homogenize it well.
When the dough is smooth, let it rest for 1 hour. Until the dough doubles in size.
After this time, knead to get all the air out of the dough. Shape the buns and place in a greased and floured shape. If you want, brush an egg yolk (optional)
Let it rest for another 1 hour. Bake over medium heat at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden.
For the syrup, add the sugar and water in a pan and heat until it thickens.
Pour the syrup over the buns while still hot and sprinkle with grated coconut.
