- Tomato Extract1 cup

- Green Olives3 tablespoon
- Oregano1/2 tablespoon

- Mounting: 150 g of ham 1 cup of tomato pulp 1 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons chopped green olives half a tablespoon of oregano 1 yolk for brushing
- Pasta: In a container, mix the eggs, butter, baking powder, NINHO Milk and MAGGI Fondor. Add the wheat flour until you get a firm dough that does not stick to your hands. Let it rest for approximately 20 minutes.
- Mounting: On a flat surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the ham. Cover with tomato pulp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Distribute the olives and oregano. Roll up like a swiss roll and place on a baking sheet. Brush with the egg yolk and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 30 minutes.
- Tip: - If desired, replace the ham with smoked turkey breast or mozzarella cheese.
