- Prepare the separate gelatins with 150ml of hot water to dissolve the powder and 100ml of cold water. This amount is for each flavor.
- Take the jellies to the fridge for about 2 hours until they are consistent.
- Ready and consistent gelatins, now it's time to prepare the colorless gelatin, you will dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water, then put it on low heat for 15sec (can't let it boil) or in the microwave for 15s.
- Once this is done, beat the cream, the milk condensate and colorless gelatin.
- Cut the flavored jellies into cubes and place in a bowl, mix all the cubes. Then just throw the cream on top and take it to the fridge until it's very consistent.
