- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a smooth, floured surface
- Cut into a round shape, place the stuffing of your choice and close with a fork.
- Brush the pastries with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until golden.
