- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 dessert spoon
- Color1 dessert spoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- cubed kinor broth, chicken flavor1 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 l
- Preparation method (stuffing) In a pan, add the oil, onion and garlic and saute well. Then add the shredded chicken, coloral and salt. Let it bake for 2 minutes. Reserve.
- Preparation method (dough) In a pan, add water and bring to a boil. Add the kinor bouillon cube. Add the flour little by little, stirring constantly. When it comes off the pan, turn off the heat. Let cool.
- Clean the table and add the dough on it. Throw in some wheat flour, so the dough doesn't stick to the table. Knead the dough until it is thick and smooth. Take some, shape, add the stuffing and close. Repeat the procedure.
- In a pan add the oil and let it heat up. Add the drumsticks and let it brown. Ready.
