- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Diced Bacon to taste
- Place 1 tortilla on a board, place the filling in the center starting with the arugula, lettuce on top of the arugula, chicken, cream cheese and bacon on top of the lettuce. Roll the tortilla tightly and use both so that the filling does not leak. Take it to a skillet and brown both sides, so it will be firm and crispy when it's time to eat. Note: the filling can vary according to your taste.
