Sugared orange cake

Unte a forma com margarina em seguida polvilhe o açúcar, leve para gelar.

Grease the mold with margarine then sprinkle the sugar, refrigerate.

Em um liquidificador bata os ovos, o suco de laranja, o óleo e o açúcar até ficar uniforme.
Em seguida despeje o líquido do liquidificador em um bowl  e acrescente a massa de trigo e o fermento, misture até a massa estar homogênea, coque a massa na forma gelada, e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido por 40 minutos aproximadamente .
Desenforme frio e com cuidado para não quebrar.
Fica uma delícia!


In a blender, beat the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar until smooth.
Then pour the liquid from the blender into a bowl and add the wheat dough and yeast, mix until the dough is homogeneous, coke the dough in the cold form, and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Unmold cold and be careful not to break.
It's a delight!
