- Wheat pasta | 2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice | 2 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 cup
- Margarine and sugar for sprinkling the mold | to taste
- Grease the mold with margarine then sprinkle the sugar, refrigerate.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar until smooth. Then pour the liquid from the blender into a bowl and add the wheat dough and yeast, mix until the dough is homogeneous, coke the dough in the cold form, and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold cold and be careful not to break. It's a delight!
