Ingredients

  • Wheat pasta | 2 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice | 2 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • Margarine and sugar for sprinkling the mold |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Grease the mold with margarine then sprinkle the sugar, refrigerate.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar until smooth. Then pour the liquid from the blender into a bowl and add the wheat dough and yeast, mix until the dough is homogeneous, coke the dough in the cold form, and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold cold and be careful not to break. It's a delight!
