Sugar-free orange yogurt cake 🇺🇸

Em uma tigela bata os ovos com um batedor de arame. Junte o adoçante, a baunilha e a manteiga derretida. Misture bem.

In a bowl beat the eggs with a wire whisk. Add the sweetener, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well.

Junte a farinha de trigo e o suco de laranja, misture bem.

Add the wheat flour and orange juice, mix well.

Adicione o iogurte grego (usei iogurte grego caseiro,  tem a receita no meu perfil), o fermento e as raspas de laranja. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve em forno pré aquecido, a 200°, por 35 minutos.

Add the Greek yogurt (I used homemade Greek yogurt, there's the recipe in my profile), the yeast and the orange zest. Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.

Desenforme o bolo morno e faça furinhos em cima.

Develop the warm cake and make holes on top.

Prepare a calda misturando 1/4 de xícara de iogurte com 2 colheres de leite em pó, 2 de suco de laranja e adoçante. Não precisa aquecer. Passe em cima do bolo e decore com raspas de laranja.

Prepare the syrup by mixing 1/4 cup of yogurt with 2 spoons of powdered milk, 2 spoons of orange juice and sweetener. No need to warm up. Pass on top of the cake and decorate with orange zest.
