  • Coconut Flour1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese - room temperature03 tablespoon
  • Softened Butter1/2 cup
  • Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol1/2 cup
  • Baking powder01 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract01 teaspoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Mix in one freshly: butter, erythritol, cream cheese, egg, vanilla. Stir well and gradually add coconut flour, xanthan gum and baking powder.
  2. After everything is mixed, take it to the fridge for 30 min. Then make balls and press with the fork to keep the marks, and distribute in a large greased shape.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mi
