- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- Cream cheese - room temperature03 tablespoon
- Softened Butter1/2 cup
- Xanthan Gum1 teaspoon
- Erythritol1/2 cup
- Baking powder01 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract01 teaspoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Mix in one freshly: butter, erythritol, cream cheese, egg, vanilla. Stir well and gradually add coconut flour, xanthan gum and baking powder.
- After everything is mixed, take it to the fridge for 30 min. Then make balls and press with the fork to keep the marks, and distribute in a large greased shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mi
