- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Parsley to taste
- Put the whole potatoes to cook, in a pan submerged in cold water. After starting to boil, count for about 10 minutes and turn off - the right point is when, when spearing with a fork, it enters easily but still has some resistance.
- Cut the bacon into cubes, fry and strain the fat. Reserve.
- Grate the mozzarella cheese.
- Open a lid on the potatoes, removing the potato itself with a spoon, forming a cavity and reserving this part in a small bowl.
- Add to the bowl with potatoes, cottage cheese and fried bacon.
- Stuff the potatoes with the mixture, cover with the cheese and put in the oven to brown.
