- Mozzarella cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Bacon or diced pepperoni50 g
- Cottage cheese (optional1 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes in salted water, skin and all. Don't let it get too soft.
- With the help of a spoon, remove a part of the potato, where you will put the stuffing.
- In a blender, place the cream, salt, pepper, cheese and curd. Beat for 1min and place in the opening you made in the potatoes.
- Add the chopped bacon and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
