- Boiled asterix potato400 g

- Wheat Flour50 g
- Grated Ham50 g
- Shredded cheese50 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
- Wheat flour for dusting to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying to taste
- Pasta Mix the mashed potatoes, the yolk, the wheat flour, salt and pepper, until it forms a dough.
- Filling Mix the cheese with the ham.
- Make dumplings with the dough, open a cavity in the middle and put the stuffing. Roll up and close the dumplings.
- Coat the dumplings in wheat flour, dip in lightly beaten eggs, drain and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in very hot oil until golden on all sides.
