- Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Stuffing:1 to taste
- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and Seasoning to taste
- In a container, place the potato, salt, cheese and egg, mix well and gradually add the flour.
- Pass your hand through the wheat flour or grease it with oil and in the palm of your hand open the dough, put the stuffing close and pass through the egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in plenty of oil.
