  • Milk1 cup
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes500 g
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella, cut into cubes200 g
  • Chopped Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, mix the milk, salt and margarine. Bring to a boil until the milk boils. Remove from heat and add the potato and flour all at once. Stir quickly and firmly to avoid lumps. Return to the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until a ball forms. Let cool, shape into balls and fill with the mozzarella and tomato mixture, seasoned with salt, pepper and basil leaves. Dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden.
