- Portobello mushroom200 g
- Cooked ham100 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Thyme to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or a very soft brush. Remove the stem and reserve. Coarsely chop the onion. Cut the ham and remove the thyme leaves. Place the mushroom stalks, onion, ham and thyme in the food processor and grind for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve. Place the mushrooms in a roasting pan, season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms and press the stuffing well. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees. And your mushrooms are ready to serve 😋😋
