  • Cream cheese300 g
  • Bacon200 g
  • Chili pepper15 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar1 teaspoon
  1. Wash the jilós and remove the 'cap'. Cook in water with a little salt and vinegar. When it is soft, remove the brains with the help of a spoon and reserve both.
  2. Finely chop the bacon and put it in a pan to fry.
  3. Remove bacon from oil and mix with cream cheese, jilo brain, salt and black pepper.
  4. Fill the Jilo with this cream and decorate with pout pepper
  5. Note: Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the jilo
