  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 1 tablespoon
  • Oil | 100 ml
  • Yeast for bread | 10 g
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Warm Water | 1 cup
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Piece of cheese | 500 g
  • Oregano |  to taste


  1. In a bowl place yeast, wheat flour, sugar, oil and salt. Add the warm water little by little. Mix until the dough is ungluing from your hand and let it rest for 20 min.
  2. Open the dough on a table with wheat flour, put the mozzarella filling, close the dough and brush the beaten egg, you can also put oregano to taste or other stuffing of your preference. Place in the oven on a tray with wheat flour for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 3 medium loaves
