- Bread Yeast10 g

- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- In a container, place, water, dry yeast and mix until the yeast dissolves.
- Add, egg, oil and mix.
- Mixed ingredients, add wheat and salt.
- Remove the dough from the container and place it on an already prepared surface. If necessary, add more wheat until it reaches the point and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rest in a bowl covered with a cloth for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Rested dough, sprinkle a surface and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
- Add the already cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken breast to the open dough.
- Place the cheese on top of the chicken.
- Roll the bread, always squeezing it well, and placing the side flaps of the dough inside to prevent the stuffing from coming out.
- Place the bread in a greased and floured shape and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes.
- Brush the bread with the yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven, 180°, for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the oven and also if you want the bread lighter or golden.
