  • Warm water480 ml
  • Bread Yeast10 g
  • Wheat6 cup
  • chicken400 g
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Seasonings3 to taste
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil or oil3 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  1. In a container, place, water, dry yeast and mix until the yeast dissolves.
  2. Add, egg, oil and mix.
  3. Mixed ingredients, add wheat and salt.
  4. Remove the dough from the container and place it on an already prepared surface. If necessary, add more wheat until it reaches the point and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rest in a bowl covered with a cloth for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Rested dough, sprinkle a surface and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
  7. Add the already cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken breast to the open dough.
  8. Place the cheese on top of the chicken.
  9. Roll the bread, always squeezing it well, and placing the side flaps of the dough inside to prevent the stuffing from coming out.
  10. Place the bread in a greased and floured shape and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes.
  11. Brush the bread with the yolk.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven, 180°, for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the oven and also if you want the bread lighter or golden.
