- Mix the water, oil, salt, sugar and yeast, gradually add the flour until the dough does not stick to your hands.
- Note: It is not mandatory to put all the dough and if necessary you can put a little more, as it varies a little, some brands require more water.
- Knead the dough for about 12 minutes, while the more you knead, the softer the bread will be.
- Place in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a cloth, leave until doubled in size (I usually leave it for an hour in the oven off, but this time varies depending on the weather).
- Divide the dough into two parts, open with the help of a rolling pin or a bottle.
- Put the stuffing, close the dough, put it in a shape and cut the breads into the desired sizes. Repeat the process with the other part of the dough.
- Place the seam side of the bread on the underside, which is in contact with the pan.
- Brush egg yolk on top of the buns and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- This time can vary more or less, so keep checking and when they are golden, it's ready.
