- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Margarine250 g
- Dry yeast10 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Oregano100 g
- Half a piece of ham1 unit(s)
- Half a piece of mozzarella1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour, eggs, margarine and yeast. And add the milk little by little.
- Knead the dough for 25 min
- After kneading, make balls of 60g each.
- Grate the ham and mozzarella.
- Open the ball and stuff it, close the ball and place it in a greased mold with the opening side down.
- Let rest for 20 min.
- Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.
- Brush yolk on risen bread and sprinkle with oregano. And then put it to bake for 30 min. (Keep an eye out as it depends on the oven). Once ready serve with a very cold Coca Cola. Haha
