  • Bread slice | 8 unit(s)
  • Scallions | 1 unit(s)
  • Sliced cheese | 4 unit(s)
  • Ground beef | 300 g
  • Tomato sauce | 50 g
  • grated cheese | 50 g
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • paprika |  to taste
  • Thyme |  to taste
  • Cumin |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the minced meat. Fry for 10 minutes over moderately low heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and thyme. Fry over low heat for one minute.
  2. Arrange 4 slices of bread on a baking sheet. Apply tomato puree to each slice.
  3. We put a piece of cheese. On the other 4 slices of bread, remove the middle. We put them on the slices of yellow cheese. The resulting hole, fill with ground beef.
  4. Using a spoon, make a nest in the middle, where we break an egg. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese around each egg. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
