- Round pastry dough200 g
- Ham200 g
- Cheese200 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- grated cheese to taste
- Salt and Seasoning to taste
- Take the ham slices and chop, along with the cheese slices. Reserve in a bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and add to the slices of cold cuts. Season this mixture to your liking, I used a little parsley.
- Open the pastel doughs and make a bowl shape. Put a little of the cold meat mixture in each one (a spoon) and finish with grated cheese for fixings.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes and enjoy!
